Qualifications

• Three years of PC helpdesk/applications support experience preferred.
• Experience in legal, professional services, or financial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers high-level technology training for lawyers and staff in person and remotely.
• Analyzes training needs and develops innovative programs to improve performance.
• Builds a deep knowledge of workflow, applications, and best practices for lawyers and staff.
• Tailors training for new hires, technology rollouts, and ongoing education initiatives.
• Contributes ideas to improve services, courses, and learning methods.
• Protects sensitive information and adheres to firm policies.
