Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in teaching, training, information technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in help desk support, technical training, or similar environments
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tablets, smartphones, and wireless devices
- Knowledge of technology-based learning tools and training platforms is a plus
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative work style
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and technology-based training sessions for firm applications and systems
- Create practical training materials such as user guides, quick-reference resources, and presentations
- Lead new-hire technology orientation programs and provide ongoing training and support for attorneys and staff
- Communicate new system features, best practices, and updates to promote effective technology use
- Provide technical support via help desk, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation
- Participate in on-call support, including covering weekends and holidays as needed
- Collaborate with team members and other departments on technology rollouts, upgrades, and change management initiatives
- Keep current with firm applications, Microsoft Office suite, and mobile/wireless technology
- Track training participation, solicit feedback, and recommend improvements for training content and delivery
