Job summary

Prestige Staffing seeks a Technology Trainer to empower attorneys and staff through effective technology education. You will design and deliver engaging training programs, support technology adoption, and improve system usability within a dynamic professional services firm.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, leading orientation for new hires, and staying current with firm applications and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in teaching, training, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in help desk support or technical training.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for firm applications.
• Create user guides, quick-reference resources, and presentations.
• Lead new-hire tech orientation and provide ongoing support.
• Explain new features and best practices to users.
• Provide help desk support, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with teams on tech rollouts and change management.
• Track participation and gather feedback to improve content.
