Job summary

UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking a Technology Trainer to join the Information Technology team in the St. Louis office. The role focuses on developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and technology-based training for Firm applications and systems.

Responsibilities include new-hire tech orientation, ongoing training for attorneys and staff, and promoting best practices with Firm technology. Strong communication and Microsoft Office expertise are required, with 3–5 years in a related role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in teaching, training, IT, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in help desk, technical training, or similar environment.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, listening, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse users.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and tech-based training programs.
• Assess training needs and create user guides, quick-reference resources, and materials.
• Lead new-hire technology orientation and ongoing training for attorneys and staff.
• Promote effective use of Firm technology and communicate updates and resources.
• Provide technical assistance via help desk, including troubleshooting and escalation.
• Participate in on-call support covering weekends and one holiday annually.
• Partner with teams to support technology rollouts and change management.
• Maintain knowledge of Firm apps, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and learning tools.
• Track training participation and gather feedback for improvements.
