EY Americas TRM seeks an Associate Director to lead the design, execution and monitoring of technology risk management initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver risk-based insights and mitigation actions in a complex regulatory environment.

In this role you will manage a small team, develop reports for senior leaders, and stay current on evolving AI laws and standards. EY offers a hybrid model, competitive compensation, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI and Blockchain.

• Develop, implement and monitor technology risk management programs.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology and Global Information Security.
• Create reports for senior stakeholders on program activities.
• Mentor and manage junior team members within TRM.
• Stay up-to-date with AI laws, regulations and standards.
