EY in the United States seeks an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM). You will lead the execution of strategic and operational program initiatives and advise on technology risk, AI, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to interface with EY personnel.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI and Blockchain.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and demonstrate authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years related experience.
• Relevant professional certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor TRM program initiatives.
• Lead execution of strategic and operational program initiatives.
• Provide risk insights to enable risk-based decisions and align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with EY Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and others to design policies and processes.
• Create reports on program activities for senior leaders.
• Mentor junior team members and manage TRM staff.
• Stay updated on AI laws, regulations, and standards.
