EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead the execution of strategic and operational program initiatives across EY Americas. You will guide technology risk assessments, policy alignment, and governance, collaborating with multiple EY functions to mitigate risk and enhance control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8–10+ years related experience
• Graduate degree preferred for advanced roles
• Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+, PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and monitoring of technology risk programs
• Execute risk assessments across Americas technology environment
• Advise on policy, governance, data security and business continuity measures
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology and Security teams
• Produce reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Manage and mentor junior TRM team members
