Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management to lead the execution of strategic and operational TRM initiatives. You will drive risk assessments, governance, and policy alignment with AI laws and standards, guiding senior leaders with insights and mitigations.

The role requires leading virtual teams, mentoring staff, and collaborating across EY's Global Technology and Information Security functions in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of TRM program initiatives.
• Provide subject matter knowledge on technology, compliance and risk management.
• Deliver risk insights and mitigations to enable risk-based decisions.
• Collaborate with EY teams to design policies and processes to manage technology risk.
• Create reports for senior leaders on program activities.
• Manage junior team members within the TRM function.
