Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director for Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational TRM initiatives across the Americas. You will develop, implement and monitor technology risk programs, provide risk insights to enable informed decisions, and collaborate with EY teams to shape comprehensive policies.

You will work in a hybrid model, lead virtual teams, and mentor junior staff while staying current on AI laws and emerging tech risks to protect the business and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk and regulatory developments.
• Experience leading technology risk programs and advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement and monitor technology risk management programs.
• Provide risk insights and mitigation actions to enable risk-based decisions.
• Collaborate across EY functions to design policies and processes.
• Create reports for senior program stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor and manage junior TRM team members.
