Job summary

EY Americas TRM team seeks an Associate Director to oversee technology risk management initiatives, lead strategic program execution, and drive risk-aware decisions across the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy and technology risk with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, manage project portfolios, and stay current on AI laws and standards shaping the risk landscape. Hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management and information security.
• Strong grasp of AI laws, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to analyze complex scenarios and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management program initiatives.
• Lead execution of strategic and operational program initiatives.
• Collaborate with EY Global teams to design and implement policies and processes to manage technology risk.
• Create reports for senior stakeholders and leaders.
