Job summary

EY Americas TRM is seeking an Associate Director to lead technology risk management initiatives. You will oversee strategic and operational program work, engage with stakeholders, and apply knowledge of AI, blockchain, and data security to mitigate risk.

You will collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Information Security teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to EY policies. The role offers a hybrid workplace and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TRM function initiatives within EY Americas, overseeing strategic and operational program work.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to implement risk management controls and actions.
• Conduct technology risk assessments and identify risks across the Americas tech environment.
• Support risk mitigation activities including third-party management, governance, data security, and business continuity.
• Assist with strategy, portfolio management, and updating policies in line with AI laws and standards.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Information Security to design policies and processes.
• Produce reports for senior leaders and program stakeholders; communicate updates.
• Mentor junior team members and manage day-to-day team activities.
• Contribute to ad-hoc TRM projects as needs arise.
