Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Technology Risk Management (TRM) initiatives within the Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management team. You will influence strategic and operational programs, assess technology risk across the Americas, and work with global partners to shape risk management for emerging technologies such as AI and Blockchain.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain).
• Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk management program initiatives.
• Provide guidance on independence, compliance, regulatory, and policy matters.
• Prepare reports on program activities for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage junior team members within the TRM function.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
