Job summary

EY Americas TRM seeks an Associate Director to lead technology risk management initiatives across the firm. You will develop, implement, and monitor programs, collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Global Information Security to shape risk mitigations and policy updates.

Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years in risk management, strong communication and project management skills, and familiarity with AI laws and standards.

• Experience leading technology risk management and policy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Partner with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and GIS to design policies.
• Create reports for senior stakeholders on program activities.
• Mentor junior team members within the TRM function.
