Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in technology governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Delivers on technology operations for an assigned area with limited supervision to meet targets for performance, availability, and security.
• Leads large or complex initiatives by planning, designing, and implementing technology solutions and improvements.
• Develops and maintains technology standards, runbooks, and governance patterns to reduce risk and improve operations.
• Demonstrates innovative influence by evaluating emerging technologies and automation for measurable gains.
