Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent education/work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Developing understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Executes processes to support delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of technology services.
• Analyzes data and system outputs to assess health and lifecycle status of components.
• Performs root-cause analysis and suggests workflow/tool/runbook improvements.
• Identifies recurring issues and proposes design-level enhancements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Evaluates trends and risks to influence operations and technology strategy.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and tooling improvements to drive scalability and compliance.
• Assesses lifecycle status and cost optimization for technology assets/services.
• Supports vendor and partner interactions ensuring alignment with architectural expectations.
• Follows and refines incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
