Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years IT support experience.
• Strong Windows 11 knowledge (macOS a plus).
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• Experience with Intune or other MDM solutions.
• Active Directory or identity systems familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn beyond core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end-users (in-office and remote).
• Assist onboarding: device setup, account provisioning, access configuration.
• Support Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, Intune.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and AD, network basics, cloud IaaS (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Support security controls: patch management, endpoint protection, access controls.
• Troubleshoot business applications including Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS platforms.
• Maintain asset records for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Create and maintain system/process documentation.
• Assist with IT projects: upgrades, migrations, new tech implementations.
