Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership, based in New York, seeks an IT Support & Cloud Operations Specialist to blend end-user support with cloud infrastructure exposure in a financial services context.

You will provide Tier 2/3 desktop and collaboration support, assist with on/offboarding, and help manage Azure-based resources, Intune, and AD/Entra ID. The role requires strong troubleshooting and customer-service focus in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Must have worked within a corporate financial services organization supporting their employee base.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk, systems administration, or a related role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and collaboration technology issues.
• Act as an escalation point for complex support requests and drive issues through resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 related issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, and device deployment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and endpoint devices.
• Support endpoint management activities, including device provisioning, application deployment, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure administration, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and related services.
• Perform system updates, patching, and device maintenance to ensure security and reliability.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
