Job summary

TCC Group is seeking an energetic IT Support Associate for its New York City office. You will provide technical and customer service support to 40+ staff, including remote users, and work with vendors to drive technology initiatives that improve client services.

The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, daily IT operations, and involvement in strategic tech projects aligned with the firm’s mission to support foundations, nonprofits, and companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 2 years of relevant professional experience OR 3-4 years of professional experience in a help desk/technical support environment with relevant training or certification.
• Current and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
• Knowledgeable of network architecture, telecommunications, wireless, and cloud technologies.
• Experience using Airtable, Deltek, or Zendesk.
• This is a full-time position based in TCC Group’s NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff (45%).
• Manage vendor relations, procurement, installation, and implementation of information systems across the firm (30%).
• Initiate and participate in special projects including data clean-up and migrations (25%).
