- 7+ years in technical writing or developer-focused roles.
- Experience onboarding or user-journey design.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering and sales.
- Data-driven mindset using analytics and support data.
- Experience with self-service cloud products.
Responsibilities
- Drive the onboarding content strategy to guide users from first visit to deployment.
- Align Field, Product, and Docs; ensure high-quality content output.
- Design user-focused onboarding flows highlighting best practices and clear next steps.
- Measure, learn from user research and support data to reduce churn.
