Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to produce clear, audience-focused technical content for release notes, online help, job aids, and user guides.

You will apply structured authoring and manage content within a CMS to support internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating IT concepts into accessible documentation, and ensuring documents meet organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience (Required).
• 2-4 years experience as a Technical Writer (Preferred).
• 2-4 years experience writing technical documents for IT professionals (Preferred).
• 2-4 years experience in managing a document repository (Preferred).
• 2-4 years experience planning, organizing, and migrating documents to a new CMS (Preferred).
• 4-7 years experience as a Technical Writer (Preferred).
• 4-7 years experience writing technical documents for IT professionals (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the content management system to ensure documents are current and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear and concise product content that supports user needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into coherent and accessible documentation for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to document processes, procedures, policies, and standards across platforms.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
