Overview

Location: Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL. NO REMOTE; 2 days from office per week.

Role: Technical Writer with a technical background who can write documentation for a development community.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation.
• Understands the user's view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures.
• Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and/or user groups and structures procedures in a logical sequence.
• Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
• May coordinate the display of graphics and the production of the document.

Qualifications

• Candidate from a technical background with ability to write documentation for a development community.
