Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for telecom platforms, network operations, and enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, network engineers, and development teams to produce clear API references, installation guides, release notes, and training materials.

Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain technical documents such as - API documentation, Installation & configuration guides, Release notes, User guides & training materials
  • Participate in product demos, grooming sessions, and technical discussions
  • Review engineering specifications, technical designs
  • Maintain documentation repositories in tools like Confluence, Git, SharePoint, or other CMS platforms
  • Ensure content versioning, quality standards, and consistency
  • Apply best practices in technical writing, formatting, and template design
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–8+ years as a Technical Writer (telecom experience mandatory)
  • Ability to read network diagrams, API docs, and engineering specifications
  • Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, Git, Adobe, MS Office)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and information design skills

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.37/hour - $58.39/hour.
