Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Technical Writer to craft clear, concise documentation and manage multiple knowledge bases. You will work with engineers, product managers, and technicians to publish high-quality help content, spec sheets, and manuals.

You will ensure information is accurate, searchable, and user-friendly for global audiences. You will identify user needs, audit content, and drive continuous improvements in documentation quality and processes, including translation and localization for

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in technical writing and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must be technology savvy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the Global business.
• Adaptable to a rapidly-changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and maintain high-quality help content for online and print publishing.
• Publish and manage documentation production.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Field Technicians, and Repair Technicians.
• Identify user needs, use cases, and metrics to guide priorities.
• Audit existing documentation and revise as needed.
• Capture knowledge and document information in a user-friendly manner.
• Manage and maintain multiple Help Centers/Knowledge Bases; optimize SEO and UX.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation (articles, spec sheets, manuals).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect latest product features and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and workflows.
• Translate and localize documentation for international audiences; coordinate with vendors.
