The Knowledge Management team is seeking a Technical Writer I to craft learning content for employees, sales partners, and product end users. You will write, review, and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across materials.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, address content gaps, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of templates, processes, and user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of experience in technical writing, content development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Write, review edit and maintain technical and process documentation following Shift4’s guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to address content gaps and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify and address documentation gaps based on user feedback, support insights and stakeholder input.
• Produce documentation that is clear, concise, and tailored to the intended audience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve documentation processes.
• Manage assigned tasks and projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain consistent formatting, tagging, and structure across knowledge content.
• Participate in documentation review and contribute ideas to improve processes, templates, and user experience.
• Build effective relationships with cross functional stakeholders to support product and operational documentation needs.
