Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant - Welding to showcase the full value of our welding products and services to new and existing customers. You will clearly communicate features, performance advantages, and differentiators that set our solutions apart while translating customer needs into tailored, real-world demonstrations.

The role drives growth through consultative selling, builds strong customer relationships, and coordinates with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding or manufacturing sales preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly across the USA.
• Ability to communicate technical value to customers.
• Ability to perform a MIG weld (6” Flat Weld).

Responsibilities

• Establish new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, and other interactions.
• Generate new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects.
• Maintain current customers by proactive engagement and quick response to needs.
• Demonstrate welding equipment and discuss tailored solutions with weld operators and management.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and reports with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and implement account plans for national, international, and global accounts.
