Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Welding Engineer Technician to support welding technology and equipment across customer sites in the USA. The role requires independent work, collaboration with regional teams, and frequent travel to installations and demonstrations.

The position emphasizes welding expertise, client guidance, and the promotion of Fronius products, with responsibilities spanning tests, training, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Welding engineering technology experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and possibly overseas.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Fronius welding technology and equipment.
• Perform weld tests for clients and document results.
• Record customer activity in CRM platform.
• Organize on-site product and weld tests during start-up.
• Provide guidance on parts and materials for customers.
• Installations, commissioning, and client training.
• Design and deliver trainings for regional teams.
• Lead product feedback to Technical Support International.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in trade events.
