Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC seeks a Welding-focused Technical Sales Consultant to promote our Industrial Welding Systems to new and existing customers. You will communicate technical differentiators, lead demonstrations, and tailor solutions to real-world welding challenges.

The role combines field sales with consultative selling, requiring strong product knowledge, travel readiness, and the ability to collaborate across regional and national teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the field and/or associate degree preferred.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the USA.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, and other interactions.
• Generates new business opportunities from existing customers and other channels.
• Conducts welding equipment demonstrations and product trials on-site or at a Fronius USA facility.
• Builds and manages a stable sales pipeline to drive growth across national and international accounts.
