Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Welding Sales Representative to showcase the full value of our welding products and services to new and existing customers. You will communicate features, performance, and differentiators that set our solutions apart, while understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.

In this role you will conduct on-site or at Fronius facilities, travel across the USA, and collaborate with engineers, management, and weld operators to drive growth through

Qualifications

• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Regular travel; willing to travel throughout the USA.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience or associate degree preferred.
• Spanish and/or German a plus.
• Strong MS Office and CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, school visits.
• Generates new business opportunities from existing customers and channels.
• Maintains current customers and responds quickly to needs.
• Develops product demonstrations and discusses equipment with weld operators, engineers and management.
• Builds and manages a sales pipeline to ensure growth across cycles.
• Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports with the Regional Sales Manager.
