Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Welding Engineer Technician who combines welding expertise with advanced technology to support customers and promote Fronius products across regions. You will conduct weld tests, document results, manage CRM records, organize on-site tests and trainings, and collaborate with customers to tailor solutions; travel frequently to customer sites and production start-ups.

This role requires associate or bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel, strong MS Office skills,

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness and authorization to travel throughout the USA; regular travel.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in Welding Engineering Technology or field.
• Strong interest in technology and welding.

Responsibilities

• Support Fronius welding technology and equipment.
• Perform weld tests and document results in CRM/SharePoint.
• Record customer activity in CRM Platform.
• Organize and conduct product/weld tests at customer sites.
• Evaluate client needs to optimize products and solutions.
• Provide guidance on products and spare parts; assist with pricing and quotes.
• Support product demonstrations and training at client sites.
