Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC seeks an Electronic Engineer Technician-Regional who works with welding equipment and demonstrates the value of Fronius products to customers. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, installation sites, and meetings, and you will present solutions that address customer needs.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot welding systems, train colleagues and customers, and collaborate with the sales team on upgrades.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Welding knowledge/experience a plus.
• Robotic knowledge/experience a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly across USA and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Understand Fronius equipment configurations and installation processes.
• Troubleshoots, evaluates, and repairs welding equipment in the field.
• Evaluates client needs for upgrades or upsells of current or new installations.
• Supports Sales with system configurations to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product guidance and support at client locations for usability issues.
