Job summary

Fronius USA is seeking a System Engineer who blends independent problem solving with teamwork to promote Fronius welding technology. You will demonstrate product value, support sales configurations for robotic and manual welding systems, and travel to customer sites for installations and training.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a high interest in welding technology. Expect field and remote work with occasional travel across the USA.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding technology and equipment.
• Robot programming/integration experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.
• Experience in electrical technology/engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the USA and possibly overseas.

Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of Fronius welding technology and equipment.
• Guides customers on Perfect Welding products and configurations.
• Configures robotic/automated/manual welding systems for sales.
• Executes installations, commissioning and training at customer sites.
• Records customer activity in the CRM and supports bids and pricing.
