Job summary

Veolia in the United States is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will work with customers across diverse industries to develop advanced water treatment solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor, delivering measurable value.

You’ll create service plans, lead sustainable projects, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships. Travel is expected to support field activities and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 8+ years in water treatment field preferred.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account growth and customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports interpreting customer data and results.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
