Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Technical Training Senior Director to design and implement a company-wide strategic training program. You will build on-the-job training, mentor trainers, and partner with senior leaders to secure resources for scalable, compliant programs across Waste to Energy, Transfer Stations, and Environmental Solutions.

You will lead a team, drive training methodology, and enable knowledge transfer to enhance safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading a team in manufacturing.
• Experience with operations and maintenance training.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning and implementation of a strategic technical training program.
• Build a comprehensive on-the-job training system across operations.
• Mentor training colleagues and sponsor special projects.
• Ensure training aligns with regulatory and safety requirements.
