Reworld Waste in the United States seeks a Technical Training Senior Director to design, plan and implement an organization-wide technical training program for operations and maintenance. You will lead a team of training professionals and build a structured on-the-job training approach across Waste to Energy, Transfer Stations, Environmental Solutions and Profiled Waste.

This role partners with senior leaders to secure resources, align learning with business goals, and advance talent development

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical training leadership within manufacturing.
• Strong LEAN problem-solving and process improvement experience.
• Experience with LMS and training systems across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop curricula and site training capabilities using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Lead a team of training professionals responsible for standardized training across operations.
• Ensure training complies with applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids and curricula.
• Coordinate content with SMEs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Analyze current and future training needs and translate into programs.
