Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Technical Training Senior Director to design and deploy a company-wide technical training program. You will build a structured on-the-job training framework and mentor trainers across the fleet of operations.

Lead a team delivering standardized training for Waste to Energy, Transfer Stations, and Environmental Solutions, starting with Safety and progressing to role-based curricula and certification readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience creating technical training and leading a team of technical trainers in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Education/Development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of manufacturing principles and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and LEAN methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning and implementation of a company-wide technical training program.
• Manage a team of training professionals and coordinate cross-functional training across operations.
• Develop curricula starting with Safety and field-specific training for technicians.
