Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality training for external customers and internal staff. You will bridge product teams, SMEs, and learners, delivering live system administration workshops, self‑paced eLearning, and internal enablement sessions for new product releases.

The role requires strong Linux and database knowledge, hands‑on eLearning creation, and proficiency with LMS platforms, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related role within a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Database experience, MySQL and Microsoft SQL.
• Hands‑on experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course publishing, enrollment management, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced product environment.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, and customer‑facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor‑led system administration training sessions for external customers.
• Adapt delivery style and content depth to diverse audiences, from novices to IT admins.
• Conduct pre‑training needs assessments and post‑training evaluations to ensure objectives are met.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource during training, escalate issues as needed.
• Design and produce self‑paced training courses using authoring tools and publish in LMS.
• Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs and assessments.
• Develop timely internal enablement sessions for new product releases and feature updates.
• Translate engineering specs into practical training content for technical audiences.
• Maintain templates and standards for course shells, facilitator guides, and syllabi.
• Coordinate with SMEs, capture knowledge assets, and ensure content stays current.
