Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training for external customers and internal staff. You'll translate complex software functionality into engaging training experiences, lead live system administration workshops, and coach engineers on sharing knowledge.

This role requires strong Linux/database knowledge, experience with LMS, and proficiency with authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in technical training or instructional design.
• Strong Linux, database knowledge (MySQL, MS SQL) and hands-on scripting or admin experience.
• Proven ability to deliver instructor-led training to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating eLearning content with Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
• Experience using LMS for publishing, enrollment and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver instructor‑led system administration training for external customers.
• Develop self-paced eLearning courses, scripts, storyboards, videos, and assessments.
• Translate engineering specs into practical training content for technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and SORT teams to align training with product direction.
