Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience with ILT, VILT, and eLearning content development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and on-demand training.
• Create storyboards, prototypes, and instructional scripts.
• Develop videos, job aids, quick reference guides, and multimedia assets.
• Serve as primary liaison with SMEs and external vendors.
• Support pilot trainings and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
