Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Education or Instructional Design.
• Experience with LMS, e-learning tools and virtual delivery platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training across classroom, virtual, hands‑on and e‑learning formats.
• Develop supporting materials and assessments to match varied learning styles.
• Maintain current system knowledge and update content with new features.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements based on data.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of training resources and SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align training with goals and systems.
• Support client needs and ensure consistent training delivery and outcomes.
