Job summary

Harmonic is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality technical education for customers, partners, and internal teams. You will create and deliver instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, trainer-led videos, and LMS courses while collaborating with SMEs to ensure accuracy and an engaging learning experience.

The role involves remote and onsite training, with travel up to 50% (including international). Strong presentation skills and a solid technical background are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing technical training with strong presentation skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content (LMS courses, videos, webinars).
• Strong networking and IT skills: DOCSIS/CMTS, PON, IP, routing, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led technical training to Harmonic customers, partners, and internal teams, remotely and onsite.
• Create and maintain training content: LMS courses, trainer-led videos, webinars, and digital materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure accurate content.
• Support training project planning and customer training proposals.
• Proctor certification exams and assist with training lab maintenance.
