Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support across Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, switches, networking equipment, and physical infrastructure.
• Carry out hands-on data-centre work including racking, stacking, hardware replacements, and cabling.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network infrastructure issues.
• Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on larger infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow established processes.

My client, who is market-leading MSP, is looking for an Infrastructure Support / Network Technician to join a growing technology services organization supporting enterprise clients across the financial services sector. You'll work across IT support, networking, servers, and physical infrastructure, with plenty of hands-on exposure in data-centre and client environments. It's a great opportunity for a technically curious IT professional to broaden their skill set and work with enterprise technologies including Cisco, Arista, and HPE.

What you'll do:

• Provide L1/L2 support across Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity
