This role requires passing CJIS fingerprint background checks and offers a salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. You will analyze incidents, gather data for engineering, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of technical customer support experience.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Resolve software problems by identifying root cause of incidents.
• Collaborate across Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
