Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot complex public safety application suites and ensure customer success. You will operate within CJIS security guidelines and participate in on-call schedules to support mission-critical software systems for government customers.

The role requires strong SQL/Windows server skills, networking knowledge, and experience with PremierOne RMS; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable configurations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of technical customer support experience.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.

Responsibilities

• Resolve software problems by identifying the root cause of reported public safety application incidents.
• Gather precise application data to assist Engineering teams with code fixes and defect classification.
• Implement configuration workflows to align customer configurations with operational goals.
• Work across Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Participate in on-call schedule for mission-critical systems.
