Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver technical phone and email support for Parata’s pharmacy automation solutions, helping customers operate hardware, software, and related network and database applications.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem-solving, and clear communication, with opportunities to collaborate with field engineers and regional teams to resolve issues and share knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
3+ years of relevant technical support or customer service experience.
Comfortable in customer-facing roles and IT support environments.
Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically, including in-person training.

Responsibilities

Provide technical phone and email support and resolve customer issues.
Document case notes clearly and maintain data quality in CRM.
Coordinate with field service engineers and cross-region teams.
Deliver regular progress updates to customers and ensure satisfaction.
