Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience; ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Experience with SSIS and SQL Reporting Services.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, networking, AD, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts.
• Resolve complex customer issues with timely, professional communication.
• Escalate to field service and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ES 1.1x and BD products.
