Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive issues for ES 1.1x upgrades and implementations. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, regulatory adherence, and proactive case management within a remote/hybrid environment.

The candidate will handle inquiries via phone and email, maintain Salesforce data integrity, and continuously expand knowledge of BD products to support pharmacy workflows and hospital IT settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and complex database structures.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and hospital IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of support service operations to answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel
• Demonstrates effective use of phone and email for communication channel
• Maintains high levels of data quality and integrity (Salesforce)
• Addresses issues in an open, constructive, and professional manner and persuades others to approach issues in the same manner
• Adhere to assigned work schedules and attendance expectations
• Complete all required training within established deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned
