Job summary

You will support ES 1.1x upgrades, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong documentation in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Ability to write queries and analyze SQL data (SELECT and JOIN).
• Exposure to SSIS and SQL Reporting Services.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and hospital IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of support service operations to answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
• Maintains high levels of data quality and integrity (Salesforce).
• Provides progress updates to the customer and seeks feedback.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Address issues professionally and manage multiple cases.
