Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and/or experience.
• 4 years of desktop support in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Desktop support for computing desktops, OS, software, and hardware; responds to tickets.
• Provide technical guidance for level 2 staff and service desk.
• Escalation point for advanced technical issues.
• System administration: maintenance, upgrades, new implementations, planning.
• Attend training and maintain broad understanding of technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
