Working under moderate supervision, you will participate in system upgrades, document procedures, and liaise with senior staff to ensure reliable technology services across campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of desktop support in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to work on call and travel to on- and off-campus locations.
• Proficient in operating systems, software installation, and hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily desktop support for OS, software, and hardware.
• Respond to tickets and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
• Collaborate with service desk and senior staff on issue resolution.
• Participate in system upgrades, integration, and administration.
