Job summary

Chart, Inc. in New Prague, MN is seeking a Technical Service Representative to support the Inside Account Rep team, outside sales and customers with technical help, troubleshooting and inquiries related to our Distribution and Storage Division products. Hybrid work arrangement possible.

Responsibilities include frequent phone and email contact, product troubleshooting, and assisting with documentation. Training time is limited and travel is under 10%.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Working knowledge of cryogenics.
Experience with technical support and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and BOMs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Frequent communication via telephone and e-mail.
Troubleshoot a variety of Chart products.
Provide customer onsite training (travel <10%).
Assist with technical documentation and manual updates.
Liaise between engineering and customer service.
Provide systems application support.
Distribute technical safety and information bulletins.
Process customer parts orders for Inside Account Rep entry.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
